We are making Victoria more sustainable by diverting coffee grounds produced by local cafes from the landfill, and distributing them to local farms. These grounds are an incredibly valuable resource, which can be used to create nitrogen-rich soil and compost. This coffee ground renewal program is creating a support system for sustainable practice between local businesses. We believe these partnerships will set a strong example of sustainability for our community.
